BUILDING THE WORK
The process is part of the craft.
I'm drawn to the architecture behind a production; the relationships between people, information, artistic intention, and execution. Understanding how those pieces affect one another is where I do some of my best work.

COLLABORATION
The way we work shapes the work we make.
I thrive in rooms built on trust, clarity, and shared investment. Much of my work happens in the space between people, departments, and ideas, making sure each has what it needs to connect to the others.
ANTICIPATE
Understand what the room needs before it needs it.
TRANSLATE
Turn ideas into shared information.
CONNECT
Keep people and departments moving toward the same goal.

STAGE MANAGEMENT
Holding the details. Seeing the whole.
My stage management practice is built on anticipation, connection, and clarity—tracking what’s changing, understanding how it affects the room, and keeping the work moving forward.

COMPLEX PRODUCTION
Complexity is part of the craft.

I like work with a lot of moving pieces. Seeing the relationships between them, anticipating where one decision will ripple into another, and keeping the larger picture in view are how I keep the work moving forward.

PRODUCTION LEADERSHIP
Sometimes the room.
Sometimes it’s an entire season.
My production leadership grows from the same instincts I bring to the rehearsal room: anticipate what’s coming, understand how decisions ripple across departments, and build structures that keep the working moving. Across an entire season, that means staffing, schedules, budgets, logistics, technical coordination, and the systems that hold a season together.
NEW WORK
Making the first version.
I’m especially drawn to new work, where the process evolves alongside the piece. I like building structure around something that is still changing—tracking decisions, creating shared language, and leaving behind a clear foundation that the work can continue to grow from.
